Job summary

Regency Coupeville is seeking a Laundry Aide to assist in laundering resident clothing and facility linens on a full-time basis. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7 PM. The role offers hourly pay between $19 and $20 and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, paid life insurance, EAP, and employee discounts.

You will fold linens, inspect lift slings, keep closets organized, and maintain aseptic practices to support resident dignity and a home-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Fold and distribute clean linens.
• Inspect mechanical lift slings and sling straps for fraying and wear.
• Keep residents' closet/drawers orderly.
• Minimize infections by following aseptic techniques, including blood-borne pathogens.
• Relate and communicate appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
