Fairmont on Clayton, a 90-bed senior living community in Richmond Heights, MO, is seeking a dedicated Laundry team member to support residents and staff. You will perform daily laundry tasks and help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day laundry duties for residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary laundry area.
• Ensure an adequate supply of linen to meet resident needs.

General Purpose

To perform the day-to-day activities of the Laundry Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, and as may be directed the Laundry Supervisor and/or Administration, to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner and to ensure that an adequate supply of linen is on hand at all times to meet the needs of the residents.
