Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a compassionate Laundry Aide to support residents and maintain a clean laundry area. The role emphasizes reliability, integrity, and competence while serving residents and staff.

The position involves sorting, washing, drying, and folding laundry, plus operating washers, dryers, and labeling equipment. You will assist residents with requests and uphold facility standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred.
• Knowledge of different fabrics and proper care instructions.
• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy loads.

Responsibilities
