Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company in Missouri is seeking a Hospitality Aide who can deliver compassionate assistance to residents and support a dedicated care team.

You will help with daily living activities, monitor health, assist with meals, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality while providing empathetic, patient-centered support.

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Ensure proper hygiene practices are consistently followed
• Monitor and record vital signs; report significant changes to nursing staff
• Support patient mobility, including safe transfers from beds to wheelchairs
• Serve meals to patients
• Assist in urgent care situations with quick thinking and effective communication
• Engage with patients, providing empathetic and individualized support
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
