Job summary

Livonia Health Care Center in Livonia, MI is seeking a compassionate Laundry Aide to support residents and staff with high-quality laundry care. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a healthcare setting.

You will sort, wash, dry, and fold garments, operate laundry equipment safely, keep the area clean and organized, and assist with resident requests as needed while maintaining privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fabrics and proper care instructions.
• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina for long periods, including standing and lifting.
