You will sort, wash, dry, and fold garments, operate laundry equipment safely, keep the area clean and organized, and assist with resident requests as needed while maintaining privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fabrics and proper care instructions.
• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina for long periods, including standing and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry in accordance with facility standards.
• Operate laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and label machines.
• Inspect items for stains or damage and treat as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Assist residents with laundry-related requests or questions.
