Oxford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Laundry Aide for part-time opportunities. Starting pay ranges from $13 to $16 per hour with daily pay options.

The role involves collecting resident laundry, washing, drying, folding, and returning items, while maintaining cleanliness and following infection control guidelines. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and good English skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as Laundry Aide or in housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain attention to detail, and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect resident laundry from rooms timely and respectfully.
• Wash, dry, and care for resident clothing and linens per procedures.
• Fold, sort, and return clean laundry to residents accurately.
• Maintain organized laundry areas and ensure safe equipment use.
• Assist with non-clinical tasks to support facility operations.
• Follow infection control procedures to maintain a clean environment.
• Report damaged or missing items to staff.

Responsibilities for Laundry Aide

• Collect resident laundry from rooms in a timely and respectful manner.
• Wash, dry, and properly care for resident clothing and facility linens according to established procedures.
• Fold, sort, and return clean laundry to residents, ensuring items are delivered accurately and neatly.
• Maintain organized laundry areas and ensure equipment is used safely and properly.
• Assist with non-clinical support tasks as needed to support overall facility operations.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Report any issues with damaged or missing items to the appropriate staff.

Qualifications for Laundry Aide

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a Laundry Aide or in a housekeeping role preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
