Job summary

Oxford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Bucks County is seeking a part-time Laundry Aide. Starting pay is $13–$16 per hour with daily pay options, reflecting our commitment to prompt and fair compensation for essential support staff.

You will collect resident laundry, wash and care for clothing and linens, fold and return items, and keep laundry areas clean and organized while following infection-control guidelines and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a Laundry Aide or in a housekeeping role preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect resident laundry from rooms in a timely and respectful manner.
• Wash, dry, and properly care for resident clothing and facility linens according to established procedures.
• Fold, sort, and return clean laundry to residents, ensuring items are delivered accurately and neatly.
• Maintain organized laundry areas and ensure equipment is used safely and properly.
• Assist with non-clinical support tasks as needed to support overall facility operations.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Report any issues with damaged or missing items to the appropriate staff.
