Job summary

Okeena Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dyersburg is seeking a detail-oriented Laundry Aide to join our Environmental Service team. The role involves washing, drying, folding and returning resident garments and facility linens, with shifts in the PM and NOC windows.

This part-time position requires reliable, punctual team members who can operate laundry equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized laundry area. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous laundry, housekeeping, or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold and distribute resident laundry and linens
• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment
• Ensure proper handling of soiled and contaminated items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
• Assist with inventory management as needed

Okeena Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking for a detailed orientated Laundry Aide to join our Environmental Service team in Dyersburg, Tennessee. As a laundry aide, you will be responsible for washing, drying, folding and returning resident garments as well as facility linens.
