Job summary

Lapels Team is seeking a friendly Laundromat Team Member in a customer-focused role. You will greet customers, assist with laundry services and machine use, and help maintain a clean lobby and work areas.

Responsibilities include washing/drying/folding for drop-off or WDF services, monitoring machines, and restocking supplies. A positive, safe, welcoming environment and potential for advancement are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with laundry services and machine use
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas: floors, machines, folding tables, restrooms, and lobby
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry for drop-off or wash-dry-fold (WDF) service customers
• Monitor machines for proper functioning and report maintenance issues
• Handle basic point-of-sale (POS) transactions, if applicable
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and organized environment for customers
• Restock supplies (detergent, dryer sheets, etc.) as needed
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
