Job summary

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering expected Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Hands-on transistor-level analog/mixed-signal circuit design experience from coursework or thesis.
• Proficiency in SPICE-based simulation tools (Cadence Spectre, HSPICE, or equivalent) with Verilog-A or MATLAB experience.
• Familiarity with CMOS and/or BCD process technologies including high-voltage handling and reliability considerations.
• Basic understanding of analog layout techniques including device matching and PEX.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine analog/mixed-signal blocks at transistor level (op-amps, bandgaps, LDOs, ADC/DAC).
• Design and verify DC-DC control loops for stability and efficiency.
• Execute SPICE simulations for DC/AC/transient analyses and yield studies.
• Collaborate with layout engineers on device matching and physical verification (DRC, LVS).
• Integrate analog blocks into chip-level designs with proper biasing and power-domain considerations.
• Support silicon bring-up with characterization vectors and yield investigations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Systems, Applications, Reliability, Packaging, and Test teams to translate requirements into specs.
