Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a BCBA-licensed practice owner to build and operate a new ABA practice. You will collaborate on guidelines, supervise clinicians, and ensure evidence-based treatment aligned with latest research.

Role involves setting up a full practice from ground up, coordinating with payors, and supervising staff while delivering high-quality ABA services to families within the Georgia market or remotely across state lines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Applicable state licensure to practice in Georgia or where hired.
• Minimum three years ABA experience; supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your own practice.
• Communicate with billing and insurance to meet payor requirements.
• Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify the program as needed.
• Conduct functional assessments and complete assessments and progress reports.
