Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician in Lebanon, TN, to create meaningful impacts on children's lives with Autism. In this role, you'll work directly with children to foster skill acquisition and school readiness, learning alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

The position offers a competitive pay rate of $18 - $20 per hour, paid RBT certification training, and extensive benefits including health insurance and a generous PTO policy.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy.
• Review behavior plans to ensure consistent implementation.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
• Work with children fostering continued skill acquisition and development.
• Celebrate victories and help kids and families celebrate milestones.
