Headway is seeking licensed psychiatrists to build or grow their private practice on a free-to-use platform. This 1099 independent contractor role lets you set your hours, patient load, and work environment while you get credentialing, billing, and admin support.

Headway handles insurance navigation, scheduling, and access to a nationwide network; you focus on delivering quality care. You must be fully licensed (DEA or CDS), ANCC board certified, with an NPI and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed psychiatrist with DEA or CDS, ANCC board certification, a valid NPI and malpractice insurance.
• Willing to start or expand a private practice while maintaining control over schedule and caseload.
• License accepted state-by-state: MD/DO.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in starting to accept insurance through Headway.
• Grow and manage your private practice leveraging Headway's tools and network.
• Maintain autonomy over hours, caseload, and work environment.
