Job summary

Headway helps licensed psychiatrists launch or grow a private practice by taking care of insurance credentialing, billing, and admin work so you can focus on care. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with full autonomy over your schedule and caseload, plus access to Headway’s nationwide network and practice tools.

Full licensure (MD/DO), DEA or CDS, ANCC board certification, NPI, and malpractice insurance are required to join and grow with Headway.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed psychiatrist with DEA or CDS number, ANCC board certification, and a valid NPI number.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• Willing to operate as a 1099 independent contractor in a private practice.

Responsibilities

• Build or grow your private practice with Headway while focusing on delivering quality care.
• Manage your own schedule and caseload as a 1099 contractor.
• Leverage Headway's credentialing, billing, and admin support to streamline operations.
