One Medical seeks physicians right after residency (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / IM-Peds) for full-time roles in Washington, DC. The onboarding includes mentoring and a personalized learning plan, with ongoing access to primary care experts nationwide.

You will manage patient panels, conduct in-person and tele-health visits, and collaborate with both in-office and virtual teams. Base salary ranges from $253,200 to $284,900 per year, with additional pay possible based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, accredited Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or IM/Peds residency.
• Board eligible or recently completed residency in one of the above fields and scheduled for next exam.
• State license in Washington DC obtained before start date.

Aufgaben

• Managing a patient panel with diverse needs: acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and occasional tele-health visits.
• Weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual teams during daily huddles.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervising one or more NP/PA colleagues.
