Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking cosmetology students for its FuturePRO (Student to Work) program. You will start earning while you learn, with a 90-day mentorship, new hire orientation, and advanced technical training to build your skills and confidence behind the chair.

As you progress and become licensed, you can advance through our 8-level career ladder and enjoy commission-based pay with substantial incentives, including health and retirement benefits and a supportive salon team

Qualifications

• Beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexible nights, weekends, and holidays to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from licensed pros.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: assist in the reception area and guest interactions.
• Develop Your Craft: follow a training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Professional Partnership: work with a licensed pro on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: watch professionals and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building: receive training to build a strong clientele.
