The program provides mentorship, orientation, advanced technical training, and on-the-job guidance to help you build a strong pathway to a cosmetology career.

As a hairstylist student, you will support guest experiences, develop crafts under supervision, and gain exposure to an eight‑level career ladder with potential earnings once licensed.

Qualifications

• Current Enrollment: beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility: night, weekend, and holiday availability to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Legal Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: assist reception and guest flow in the salon.
• Develop Your Craft: participate in a training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Professional Partnership: work with a licensed pro for select guest consultations.
• Observe & Learn: watch salon professionals and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building: receive training on product knowledge and client development.
