Austin Retina Associates is hiring an entry-level Ophthalmic Technician to support both South Austin and San Marcos locations. This role offers comprehensive training and a chance to grow in a rewarding retina care environment.

You will assist patients, collect histories, perform testing, prepare rooms, document care, and support physicians. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; driving between clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• No ophthalmic experience required; entry point into medical field.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during triage and visits; guide through each step of the visit.
• Gather medical histories, perform vision testing and imaging, prepare exam rooms, document notes.
• Support physicians during treatments and procedures.
