PMI U.S. is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Central Region. You will own a business territory, build relationships with retail partners, analyze sales data, and execute growth strategies from day one.

This hands-on role develops commercial and leadership skills while you learn how consumer products enter the market. Relocation within the region may be required, and you will join a team dedicated to advancing a smoke-free future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.

• Build relationships with retail partners and become a trusted business advisor.
• Support sales growth and execution within your assigned territory.
• Use sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
• Present business recommendations and fact-based insights to customers.
