You will collaborate with BIM Operators, Coordinators and Managers, perform model population, quality control, clash detection, and documentation management, and grow within the BIM field

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no BIM experience required.
• Basic computer skills assumed; willingness to learn BIM processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops comprehensive 3D models from redlines and construction documents.
• Creates and maintains 2D installation drawings from 3D models.
• Performs model population including conduits, trays, equipment, fixtures, and supports.
• Manages documentation through printing, review, and publishing processes.
• Maintains project setup and folder structures per CEI standards.
• Executes quality control on models and drawings.
• Uses BIM 360 interface for file management and issue tracking.
• Performs clash detection and coordination reviews.
• Communicates within the team regarding deliverables and technical needs.
