Qualifications

• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit/financial analysis.
• Ability to professionally represent the bank in appearance and communication.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Engage customers via calls, appointments, and in-branch interactions to drive sales and referrals.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals; contribute to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on the sales/referral process and ensure ethical behavior.
