Rocket Lab is seeking a Vehicle Integration Technician I–IV in Middle River, MD. You will install fluids, avionics, and other components on the Electron/Neutron launch vehicles, perform functional tests, and work with a multidisciplinary team to meet production and launch timelines.

Roles vary from entry to senior, requiring 0–8+ years of relevant industry experience, high school diploma, and willingness to work long hours with precision and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in assembly and testing: avionics, fluids, vehicle components, systems testing.

Responsibilities

• Install fluids, avionics, and components on the launch vehicle and perform functional tests.
• Engage with tools and facilities to build, launch, or test Rocket Lab vehicles or components.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to meet production and launch schedules.
• Maintain high-precision assembly standards including crimping, soldering, and harness termination.
• Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship standards.
