Job summary

Ford is seeking a hands-on Technical Program Manager to lead interior systems including headliners, trim, center consoles, and craftsmanship. This role sits at the intersection of program management, product management, operations, and engineering execution across multiple vehicle programs.

You will own execution, drive alignment among engineering, design, suppliers, and manufacturing, identify risks, improve processes, and support builds by coordinating logistics and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM, Program Management, Product Management, Systems Engineering, or Operations experience.
• Experience taking a physical product from concept through launch (0→1 development).
• Proven success building or improving processes and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong manufacturing, product development, supply chain, or hardware engineering background.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and owning execution with minimal structure.

Responsibilities

• Own execution for 2-3 interior systems across multiple vehicle programs.
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, suppliers, manufacturing, and leadership teams.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Create and improve processes in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.
• Support vehicle builds by coordinating suppliers, material readiness, logistics, and issue resolution.
• Lead meetings, drive action items, and push programs from concept through launch.
