Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical/chemical/aerospace or related).
• 1+ years hands-on build or design experience qualifies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and build systems that support rocket launches and testing.
• Own projects from concept to procurement and construction coordination.
• Apply interdisciplinary skills in process design, thermal analysis, and materials.
• Work with technicians to implement designs and solve on-site issues.
• Maintain feedback with operations to meet deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and iterate to reduce downtime.
• Provide hands-on execution of field projects.
• Propose innovative solutions with minimal supervision.
