Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Product Testing Manager to lead the end-to-end testing and validation of next‑generation smart devices (smartphones, tablets and wearables) to secure critical wireless carrier approvals ahead of launch.

You will champion launch readiness by authoring and driving the Master Launch Checklist, keeping product management, supply chain, packaging, and sales teams aligned for on-time market entry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6+ years in product development, testing, or program management within telecom.
• Related work experience in Product Testing, Product Engineering, Business Planning, Product Development, or Consulting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the telecom sector and wireless ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing and validation for smart devices to secure carrier approvals.
• Drive Master Launch Checklist and align cross-functional teams for on-time market entry.
• Run weekly carrier alignment sessions and rapidly resolve complex technical issues.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Information Technology, Business Administration, Sales Operations management, or a related field

Master’s degree preferred
