Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Product Launch Manager to lead end-to-end testing and validation for next-generation smart devices, ensuring carrier approvals before market entry.

You will drive the Master Launch Checklist and coordinate Product Management, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Sales to keep launches on schedule. The role requires 4–6+ years in product development or program management within telecom, with strong knowledge of 5G NR, LTE, IMS, and eSIM, plus experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years with a Bachelor's, or 4+ years with a Master’s in product testing, product engineering, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of telecom and wireless ecosystems (hardware, OS/software, apps, carriers).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end testing and validation for smart devices to secure carrier approvals.
• Lead the Master Launch Checklist and align Product Management, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Sales for on-time launches.
• Chair weekly carrier alignment sessions and resolve open technical issues to reduce launch risk.
