Job summary

Griffin Industries is seeking an energetic, entry-level Project Manager to support our operations in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role tracks timelines, updates ERP status, and coordinates job-folder workflows between engineering and production teams from tool design through final machined castings.

You will assist senior staff with project setup, milestone tracking, and communication with customers and vendors, while learning GD&T and blueprint reading in a fast-paced foundry environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree; CAD/drafting coursework is a plus.
• Willingness to learn blueprint reading and GD&T basics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or manufacturing concepts is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members with setting up new project entries and filing structures.
• Monitor baseline plans, track milestones, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Enter data and track project timelines in the ERP system.
• Organize and route physical and digital job folders between engineering and manufacturing.
• Attend daily production meetings and record action items.
• Assist with status updates to customers and vendors on order status.
• Document job updates and scope revisions with senior team members.
• Record working hours daily and submit overtime for approval.
• Travel ~10% for customer or vendor visits.
