Job summary

Too Sweet Cakes in Paradise Valley is looking for part-time Food Prep & Runners for our new location opening in Fall 2026. You will be responsible for prepping food items and ensuring that the front-of-house is stocked and ready for customers.

This role offers a competitive pay rate of $16.50 per hour with flexible scheduling around 25 hours per week, providing a great opportunity to join a growing team dedicated to quality food service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, food prep, or retail preferred.
• Able to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items for service according to company standards.
• Run product from back of house to FOH floor continuously.
• Support the Barista team during busy periods.
