Job summary

Akraya, Inc. is seeking a Readiness Program Manager in Hoboken, NJ to orchestrate an integrated launch and readiness strategy for a new moderation platform. You will coordinate across product, policy, operations, and other departments to ensure day-one readiness and adoption.

The role calls for proven cross-functional alignment, experience in managing readiness plans, and strong communication with stakeholders. This is a 6-month contract (W2) with hybrid on-site work in Hoboken.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management and cross-functional readiness initiatives.

• Experience with large-scale technology platform rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the integrated launch and readiness strategy.
• Coordinate readiness activities across Product, Policy, PMM, RevOps, Engineering, Legal, Compliance.
• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to identify readiness needs and adoption risks.
• Develop and maintain business readiness criteria and track completion.
• Coordinate training and enablement plans with TED and SMEs.
