Job summary

Qualifications

36 months of related experience as a Production Manager or Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Lead activities related to change management across program milestones.
Control the production Bill of Materials to ensure build phase requirements are defined and aligned with engineering and program management.
Identify and communicate barriers to program milestones to leadership and develop recovery plans.
Interface with required functional disciplines and departments for program support.
Manage detailed timing plans for engineering changes and track tool status and locations for new parts/changes.
Publish required part levels for each build phase and track upcoming build phases to meet timing requirements.
Provide inputs to the Launch Coordination Team to ensure all objectives are met on time.
Support material tracking for seat builds and inventory confirmation ahead of builds.
Track and maintain KPIs for change management as defined by leadership; propose improvements for productivity and quality.
