Qualifications

• Experience launching or running operations in a hands-on environment.
• Ability to build practical systems for scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and daily operations.
• Demonstrated vendor negotiation and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Chicago launch plan: priorities, timelines, logistics, and follow-through.
• Coordinate vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure accountability to commitments.
• Build systems for scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and daily operations as needed.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating the people needed to deliver.
• Track expenses and optimize spend with thoughtful decisions.
• Identify issues early and recommend next steps.
• Collaborate with the founder to translate decisions into completed work.
• Ensure the delivered experience matches the set standards.
