Job summary

Loop, an AI-native logistics innovator, is hiring for a customer operations leader in Chicago. The role combines people management with hands-on work to build audit workflows, dashboards, and scalable processes across the operations pipeline.

You will lead a small team, refine procedures, and partner with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure value delivery and smooth handoffs from onboarding to ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in SaaS, logistics, tech or consulting with progression/growth.
• Experience mentoring or managing others in customer operations or support.
• Proficient with data and reporting tools to track performance and surface insights; comfortable with AI tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Data-driven mindset with proactive, can-do attitude; team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain audit workflows and dashboards for visibility into performance and spend.
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual review and improve accuracy in the operations pipeline.
• Develop models to capture throughput and cycle time for clear performance insights.
• Create and refine standard operating procedures; identify tooling or process gaps.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate pain points into product improvements.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Implementation for smooth handoffs and consistent onboarding.
