Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior leader to drive the U.S. market access strategy for rezatapopt, supporting its first oncology launch.

You will design the access organization, manage pricing and reimbursement, engage payers, negotiate contracts, and oversee patient support programs while coordinating with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful market entry and sustainable value communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field preferred
• 15+ years in biopharma with leadership in market access functions
• Proven experience launching oncology products
• Deep expertise in U.S. payer systems, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement and distribution models

Responsibilities

• Designing the access organization and developing the U.S. market access strategy for rezatapopt
