Role Overview

The Launch Maintenance Reliability Engineer will lead a small to medium team of production members. The role requires decision-making based on established procedures and involves leading maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with GM maintenance systems. The work is technical, requiring independent judgment within GMS standards, focusing on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE).

Responsibilities

• Deepen knowledge and implement GMS principles.

• Lead the Operator Support Tracking System (OSTS) to completion.
