Qualifications

7+ years of progressive commercial experience in the medical-device industry, including downstream product marketing or commercialization.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience launching US medical-device products, with sales enablement and physician/KOL engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead US launch and early adoption of Juveena Hydrogel System with cross-functional collaboration.
Translate commercial strategy into launch execution, field enablement, and customer engagement.
Partner with R&D, medical affairs, market access, regulatory and quality to influence product development and messaging.
Coordinate society meetings, congresses, and field activities to drive adoption and reimbursement pull-through.
