Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, veterinary medicine, or a related field required.

• At least 10 years of relevant business experience, including Animal Health/pharmaceuticals/life sciences or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Launch Strategy and Planning with cross-functional milestones from pre-NPDP to post-launch performance.
• Establish governance, transparency, and performance management to track readiness, milestones, KPIs, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across Launch Squad and coordinate with global, regional, and market inputs to ensure integrated launch plans.
