CMI is seeking a Sales Trainee in the Rental Department. You will learn the rental and sales process, gain hands-on equipment knowledge, and assist customers with their jobsite needs.

This program is designed to grow into a full sales role, with opportunities to learn across departments and build relationships with customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable speaking with customers.

• Ability to learn rental processes and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Learn features and operating capabilities of rental and sales equipment.
• Assist customers in selecting equipment for jobsites.
• Support rental quoting, delivery, pickup, and follow-up processes.
• Spend time in the yard to gain hands-on knowledge of equipment.
• Develop understanding of equipment availability, scheduling, and rates.
• Coordinate with departments to support customers.
