Job Summary

The Launch Industry Solution Expert promotes our company's services by identifying potential clients, engaging prospects, and closing sales. This role requires deep industry knowledge and a consultative approach to understanding customer needs and defining solutions collaboratively with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships and understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions that drive revenue and success.
  • Applying human-centered design thinking.
  • Engaging with clients through consultative selling to uncover pain points and business needs.
  • Developing customized solutions with solution teams and industry experts.
  • Defining client value using industry KPIs.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and providing strategic guidance.
  • Maintaining lasting client relationships and supporting account growth.
  • Collaborating with leadership to grow revenue and expand existing accounts.
  • Participating in account planning and managing pursuit and close plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in sales within the Medical Device and Technology industry, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • 3+ years in digital product design, user experience, research, or innovation.
  • 2+ years understanding GenAI, AI technologies, and human-centered design.
  • Leadership experience for at least 8 years, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills engaging with senior executives and partners.

Preferred Skills:

  • Effective communication across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience selling outcome-based solutions.
  • Strong persuasion skills to align client problems with solutions.
