What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Originate and close new business opportunities in the digital services sector
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas
  3. Manage customer relationships and expand service offerings within assigned accounts
  4. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure high-quality service delivery
  5. Utilize industry knowledge to influence executives and support client needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 8+ years of experience in selling digital product design, user experience, research, and innovation areas
  2. 8+ years of experience in consulting or IT services industries selling application services
  3. 5+ years of experience selling outcomes-based solutions in the services industry
  4. 5+ years of experience with Generative AI and AI technologies, particularly in Med Tech and Life Sciences
  5. Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Strong knowledge of UX/CX and experience selling Agile-based solutions
  2. Familiarity with SaFE/Agile/Scrum methodologies and SOW-based work
  3. Proven ability to engage with senior leadership at Fortune 500 organizations
