Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to shape how the market experiences our products, owning end-to-end go-to-market launches and crafting narratives that drive adoption and revenue.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials that translate complex tech into compelling customer value and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of B2B Product Marketing experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
• Open to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches with cross-functional partners to drive adoption and pipeline impact.
• Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key audiences and product offerings.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear narratives for enterprise and technical buyers; ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, collateral) and lead training sessions for Sales and Customer Success.
• Gather market and competitive intelligence and support analyst relations briefs and positioning.
