We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Launch Coordinator to support the successful delivery of product releases within a dynamic software and technology environment. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional launch activities, ensuring that product updates are communicated effectively and internal teams are fully prepared to support customer adoption. Working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Legal, you will manage launch plans for routine releases with low to medium complexity. You will oversee project timelines, coordinate enablement initiatives, identify potential risks, and ensure launch activities meet quality standards. By developing clear communication materials, training resources, and repeatable processes, you will help teams understand new features and deliver greater value to customers. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a collaborative professional who enjoys project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced technology organization.

Accountabilities
  • Go-to-Market Planning and Execution: Develop, coordinate, and maintain product launch plans in collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Legal teams. Select and execute appropriate launch playbooks based on product complexity, business impact, and organizational priorities.

  • Internal Readiness and Enablement: Ensure Sales, Implementation, Service, and Support teams have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to understand new product features and communicate their value effectively.
  • Training and Documentation: Coordinate the creation of training materials, frequently asked questions, internal playbooks, enablement resources, and product presentation content. Help organize training sessions and workshops to improve internal product knowledge and confidence.
  • Project Management: Monitor launch milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines. Lead regular launch meetings, communicate progress, gather stakeholder feedback, and ensure accountability throughout the launch lifecycle.
  • Risk and Quality Management: Identify potential risks affecting project scope, timelines, quality, or readiness, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation plans.
  • Product and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management to understand product features, roadmaps, and positioning, while partnering with Marketing on messaging, competitive analysis, and content development for internal and external audiences.
  • Stakeholder Feedback and Optimization: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to collect feedback following launches and refine enablement strategies, communication approaches, and future release plans.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key metrics related to launch effectiveness, internal enablement, and product adoption. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for improving future launches.
  • Process Improvement: Establish and maintain repeatable launch processes that promote consistency, operational efficiency, quality, and alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Product Communications: Support the preparation and delivery of companywide product presentations, ensuring key updates and launch information are communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in enterprise software development, the IT industry, or a related field, including at least 1 year focused on product launches or project management.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience coordinating small to medium-sized projects, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, monitoring deliverables, and meeting deadlines.
  • Risk and Quality Management: Strong understanding of risk identification, issue resolution, quality standards, and mitigation planning throughout project execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders to coordinate initiatives, align priorities, and achieve shared business objectives.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously, prioritize competing demands, and maintain accurate documentation.
