Job summary

Blue Stream Fiber in Coral Springs, FL seeks a Launch Account Manager to grow active subscribers across assigned multi-dwelling properties by promoting video, high-speed Internet, and voice services.

You will develop strong relationships with property management, coordinate with the sales team to upsell opportunities, and provide ongoing support to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) and/or a minimum of six years of related experience.
• Able to communicate in the English language. Bilingual in any language is a plus.
• Able to organize and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point.
• Cable or telecommunications background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with staff on the same account to ensure consistent service and launches.
• Collaborates with sales to build relationships post-sale and communicate upsell opportunities.
• Service multiple clients concurrently and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain records of property transactions and forecast account metrics.
• Act as main point of contact for assigned customer base and provide after-hours support.
