Archer Western Construction, Belmont Pump Station project in Woodbridge, VA, is seeking a Lattice Boom Crane Operator for a full-time role. You will operate a lattice crane at the site, perform rigging, and assist with loading and unloading materials to support highway and heavy civil construction.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of crane experience, NCCCO certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Safety is paramount, with routine maintenance checks and paperwork required.

Formación

• 3-5 years of operating experience preferred.
• NCCCO certification for Lattice Boom Crawler Crane required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; weather conditions may vary.
• Must comply with safety policies and communicate effectively with crew.

Responsabilidades

• Operates a Crane to complete tasks such as driving pylons, setting beams, directing and assisting with rigging.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment; complete paperwork as needed.
• Assist with other duties around the jobsite as required.
