Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a Crane Operator (Rough Terrain, Friction, Lattice Boom) for our commercial construction projects. The role involves operating various crane types to lift and move materials, while following signals and safety protocols.

You will perform daily/weekly inspections and work in all weather conditions. Candidates should have NCCCO certification, 5 years of crane operation experience in commercial construction, English fluency, and the ability to read load charts.

Qualifications

• 5 years commercial construction crane operator experience preferred.
• Must have current and valid NCCCO certification.
• Must fluently speak and write English.
• Ability to read load charts.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical boom and cable, friction cranes, or tower and cable equipment to lift and move materials, machines, or products in different directions on a commercial construction project.
• Interpret and follow all signals.
• Complete daily and weekly inspection and maintenance reports.
• Work in all types of weather.
• Adhere to safety protocol and work in a drug-free environment.
• Know instrument and control panels.
