United Community Center’s Latino Arts team seeks a proactive events and marketing coordinator to lead programming and logistics for performances, exhibitions, and workshops. You will coordinate school groups, manage contracts and payments, and oversee event operations from setup to follow-up, including concert logistics and fundraising support.

You will also support marketing efforts with the Digital Communications Coordinator, assist with social media, email campaigns and partnerships, and help

Competenze

• Degree or significant related experience required.
• Strong project management and data accuracy skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English desirable.
• Experience with Eventbrite, box office and merch is a plus.

Mansioni

• Organize and implement Latino Arts programming and logistics for performances, openings, workshops and virtual offerings.
• Coordinate school group attendance, manage contracts, schedules and payments, and host groups at events.
• Lead concert logistics and band accommodations.
• Support annual fundraiser Noche de Gala, including in-kind donations and raffle coordination.
• Manage Latino Arts events and sales, including Eventbrite, box office, merch, and deposit paperwork.
