Job summary

Morgan Stanley in New York seeks a senior investment banker with 6+ years of IB experience or an MBA with 4+ years and a proven track record on complex executed deals across M&A and industry sectors.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese a plus, strong communication and client skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Base pay ranges from $250,000 to $275,000, with additional compensation possible as part of the overall package.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required, Portuguese is a plus.
• 6+ years of investment banking experience or an MBA with 4+ years and a strong deal track record (M&A across sectors).
• Strong written and verbal communication, client and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA designation would be an asset.
• Series licensing or must obtain.
