Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently. Experience with precision measuring tools and techniques.

Job Description and Job Duties

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in programming and the operation of CNC lathes for PRODUCTION runs and PROTOTYPING.
• Studies and interprets drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications with an understanding of geometric tolerance and dimensions.
• Communicates with supervisor, engineers, production control, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.
• Maintain a positive attitude. Be a team leader and team player. Keep clean and organized work area.
