Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC and manual lathes.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

• Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials.

• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.

• Troubleshoot and make necessary machine adjustments.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow safety procedures and company policies to support efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Lathe Machinist in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in operating and setting up CNC and/or manual lathes.

• Solid understanding of turning processes, tooling, and materials.

• Ability to interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.

• Skilled in the use of precision measuring equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Physically able to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
