Job summary

Paper Machinery Corporation (PMC) in Wisconsin’s precision metalworking environment is seeking an experienced Lathe Machinist to join its machine shop. This role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce precision parts while reading blueprints and applying GD&T.

You will adjust tooling offsets, perform routine maintenance, and inspect parts with high-precision measurement instruments, ensuring tolerances are met and deviations corrected in real time.

Qualifications

We are hiring an experienced Lathe Machinist to join PMC’s machine shop. This role involves setup and operation of CNC lathes for precision machining. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, adjusting tooling offsets, and inspecting workpieces for tight tolerances.
